J 5 Ranch was started in 1995 was when we purchased the low fence brush country in live oak county.  Over the years we have turned it into a 5 star South Texas Hunting dream ranch. The Jauer family has grown over the years into 4 generations now and all have played a big role in shaping the ranch into what it is today. J 5 is roughly 1,100 acres of brush country with several large oak trees, rolling terrian along a large creek with a diverse variety of brush. 95% is high fenced into 2 pastures.  The ranch is highly managed on a daily basis with improving the land and the whitetail deer herd.
